Bar Staff Brand New Bar/Restaurant Opening Stow on the Wold

We are looking for passionate, friendly and outgoing bar staff for our newest venue the “Sheep on Sheep Street” in Stow on the Wold.

Some experience in bar work would be helpful, however, a great personality and the ability to mix with every guest is more important for our bar staff as full training will be given.

We’ve completely renovated this iconic building within Stow on the Wold, adding a new 100 seat restaurant, built around an open wood-fired oven with counter seating, a new craft beer & gin bar and finally we’ve updated and modernised the 22 hotel rooms.

We are Brakspear an award winning family owned business, recognised by our peers for running beautiful hotels and restaurants across the Cotswold’s and the Sheep on Sheep Street will be our 8th business, within our growing managed estate.

Full and part-time bar staff roles are available.

We offer the following to our bar staff:
• Hourly rates of £6.50 to £8.50 dependant on experience, plus tips
• 50% off food across the company
• 50% off Rooms (Sunday through Wednesday) across the company
• Full training and development, including external courses
